Rose was fantastic to work with over the past few months. We originally met with her to sell our house, but quickly realized we needed to buy/move first. Rose was able to pivot with us and put in long hours working with our lender to address a complicated financial situation. Rose also helped us with everything we needed to get the old house on the market and sold quickly. We were able to sell the house for a good price and turn the profit into a sizable additional payment on our new mortgage. Rose even told us about a process called a recast that allows us to adjust our monthly mortgage payment without the hassle or cost of refinancing. We greatly enjoyed working with Rose and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Rose was very professional and kind to me as I was processing the Death of my younger Brother. Rose helped me sell my deceased Brother's property quickly which was in Probate and had deferred maintenance issues. Living in Michigan, I was able to depend on Rose as she was extremely Knowledgable, patient, and supportive every step of the way, and thankfully kept in communication with the probate lawyer, which was very important to me. Whether you are looking for a Realtor with Probate Knowledge or not you can count on Rose to deliver exceptional service and results.

I have worked with Rose Bogosian @ Gonnering Realty for 9 years, buying and selling homes and rental properties. Rose has years of experience, she didn’t just get into the reality game recently when the market got hot. Rose is detailed oriented and knowledgeable about current trends & pricing. Rose returns calls promptly (refreshing in todays world). Most of all, Rose is truthful. You might not always like the answer, but she will tell you the truth. Chad G
