I have been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin for over 25 years and earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
I also obtained the “Real Property Administrator” (RPA) certification from the National Building Owners and Managers Association.
Currently, I am involved with single family new construction and rehabbing older investment properties.
I worked for Racine Industries for 7 years in their property leasing division. RI is a 600,000 square foot complex that specializes in subdividing and customizing manufacturing and office rental space. My job responsibilities included purchasing all building materials, scheduling manpower and handling tenant relations. I was also responsible for supervising a crew of 15 tradesmen including carpenters, pipe fitters, boiler technicians, electricians, painters, roofers, groundskeepers and office staff. The crew partitioned space, installed and maintained electrical, hvac, flooring, painting and plumbing to customers specifications. The crew also maintained common building and ground areas.
While employed with Polycaster Technologies Inc. I worked with several quasi-governmental agencies to bring a new business venture to Racine County. I was responsible for site selection and construction of a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility. I laid out the floor plan and designed all work areas. I worked closely with the General Contractor and subcontractors on all phases of construction. I also purchased all production equipment and supplies. |
